A good friend interested me for dinner at this restaurant last night. I was blown away by the food and service.Food:My friend ordered the omakase dinner for the two of us. We were seated at the bar table and the sushi chef prepared everything in front of us. The chef asked if we have any allergy before the meal. There was communication throughout the meal. My friend ordered the omakase dinner for the two of us. We were seated at the bar table and the sushi chef prepared everything in front of us. The chef asked if we have any allergy before the meal. There was communication throughout the meal. The chef introduced each piece to us and kindly answered all of our questions regarding the ingredients. A very knowledgeable chef indeed, as some of my questions were quite difficult to answer.
I’ve attached pictures of some of the pieces I had for the evening.
Ingredients were very fresh, and portions were generous. Absolutely great value for the buck.
Service:
The chef was attentive, and the waitress promptly filled the tea and replaced used napkins. Service was meticulous. If I have to find fault, it would be the waitress wearing perfume that slightly covered the smell of the food.
Atmosphere:
Beautiful restaurant with minimalistic decoration. Clean, tidy. The place is well-kept.
I will definitely be back and be bringing my friends along. It is difficult to find an omakase place to top this one in terms of value for the buck.
