With the fresh salmon and sour, crunchy and tasty sourdough, it’s definitely a good start of a meal and lead us exciting to next serve.

Munich Bratwurst
The pork & spices (Germany) Sausages, serves with cabbage slaw, sauerkraut & potato salad. I was able to taste vinegar strongly from the cabbage slaw. With one spite of the slightly spicy sausage, cabbage slaw and soft potato salad, I could feel the satisfaction from the Germany sausage.

Wiener Schnitzel
I have never tried out the Schnitzel so I ordered one to give a try. Typically it is a thin slice of meat, breaded, pan-fried veal cutlet. Restaurant served the veal fried in clarified butter, then served with fingerling potato salad, cucumber, dill & cranberry sauce. The fried cutlet was crispy and butter flavour was better than expect. It surprised me and I would order again next time.

Kaiserschmarrn (Emperor’s Pancake)
Finally we ended up with dessert, Kaiserschmarrn. It is an Austrian dessert. It shredded pancake, tossed in butter, caramelised, served with mixed berries compote & whipped mascarpone cream. The slightly sweetened pancake was perfectly matched with sour cranberry. The fluffy pancake was well toasted and slightly crispy. I like the mixed berries sauce the most.
