To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

I LOVE a good view. And I am always on the hunt for cafes and restaurants with a view (and preferably without too much of a mark-up on the food and drinks🙈) and this is for sure my best find yet! Finally visited at !! The view was breathtaking! We got there just before the sun sight and got to see both the day and night view of pretty much the entire shoreline for Victoria Harbour😍 And it just so happened that it was also full moon 🌕on the night we went!! Finally visited at !! The view was breathtaking! We got there just before the sun sight and got to see both the day and night view of pretty much the entire shoreline for Victoria Harbour😍

And it just so happened that it was also full moon 🌕on the night we went!! The moon was so huge when it first appeared in the sky that I was confused for a second and thought it was the sun ☀️ 😂

We were told that we must order at least one food items so we went for the 🍄 Mushroom Tempura (HKD 158). Beverly pleasantly surprised by how good it tasted! The batter was light and well-seasoned and the variety of mushrooms served were all super juicy and fresh. I particularly loved the enokitake mushroom! It would have been ever better had them served the tempuras on a plate that allows better air circulation as the ones near the bottom of the bowl did get soggy after a while.

Also got a 🍸 Cosmopolitan (approx HKD 128) to go with the amazing view. A classic cocktail but still my favourite (not that I have tried many😂), also a healthier option than most probably due to its smaller portion size. Overall would definitely revisit just for the VIEW!!
