To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嗰日去長沙環睇明愛醫院之後同嘛嘛好肚餓見到呢間茶餐廳講得唔錯。首先入到去場景比較乾淨環境衛生服務周到餐牌又多有好選擇。嫲嫲同我叫咗個西蘭花炒牛肉。牛肉非常新鮮好有牛肉味西蘭花都係新鮮嘅知道係外國入口。食得好放心。成日留意佢哋嘅白分係用泰國絲苗米泰國入口非常之好。跟住見到佢嘅例湯例湯係青紅蘿蔔瘦肉湯。佢哋煲湯煲到同阿媽出嘅一模一樣冇加味精。無論服務嘅態度環境嘅衛生程度都值得滿意。每年嘅情人節都會同阿媽嚟試下。
