Roasted Crispy Pork belly (9/10)
This has a wow factor. The belly was extremely tender, and the skin was exceptionally crispy. It was the best Roasted Crispy Pork belly I had in Hong Kong.

千叶豆腐 (7/10)
Great presentation. The Chef’s knife skill was extraordinary. The tofu was perfectly steam, it was smooth like silk. The gravy wasn’t heavy, a nice light dish for the hot summer!

国金炒饭 (7/10)
The rice was slightly moist and greatly seasoned. Al dente. Prawn was crispy and Foie Gras gave the rice another dimension. Loved it.
