I just made this account because I wanted to write a review for this restaurant. Me and my fiancé finished badminton today around Lei King Wan and decided to try this restaurant, without any expectations. We were both pleasantly surprised by our first visit, of many others to come. We ordered a sashimi rice, a fish soup udon and some tempura. The sashimi - sea urchin, salmon, tuna, and sweet shrimps, etc. - was fresh and premium. Dressed with a drizzle of soy sauce and a chopstick pinch of wasab

Dressed with a drizzle of soy sauce and a chopstick pinch of wasabi, it was a wonderful harmony. The udon, tender but also aptly chewy, was bathed in a rich fish soup. My fiancé really enjoyed it. The shrimp tempura was the icing on the cake. A warm and crunchy golden crust enveloped a perfectly cooked big shrimp. We left the restaurant satisfied. Although it wasn't exactly a frugal meal, anyone who's looking for authentic Japanese cuisine using the best ingredients should come to Ajijiman.
