With so many burger joints popping up, is this going to be a tasty addition or one to avoid?The exterior and interior are look good, well with the exception of the combination of the chairs/floor, the chairs seem to be very slippery on the wooden floor, so best becareful sitting down. The day I visited I waited around 5 minutes for a table, the setup is that you order from the counter and then the food is brough to your table. We ordered the Texas BBQ combo with Trilogy of Chocolate Milkshake and a Pulled Lamb Burger.
Texas BBQ Burger: The bun looks a bit big for the burger how don't let that deter you the burger is tasty, juicy and flavoursome. Highly recommended!

The fries (no picture): nice an crispy also very good.Citrus Slaw: I dont know what this is made of but it tasted awful!
Trilogy of Chocolate Milkshake: I was looking forward to this, the burger, fries and milkshare is a favourite combo of mine. The DRINK tastes good however its not a milkshake its a milk drink. I don't remember the last time I had a milk shake that was viscous like milk from a carton. Milkshakes from burger joints should be thick and made with ice cream and not be a flavoured milk drink. And at $49 (combo) I felt slightly annoyed.
The staff: When I was queing up to order there were two cashiers that were attending to the customer before me however he wasn't paying so they could have been a bit more attentitive. Also the staff that were serving were a little lifeless, they weren't rude but if they were a a bit more cheerful it would have made the dining experience a bit better. Overall a decent addition to the burger community and one which I recommend.
I would have given 4 stars had the service better and milkshake wasnt so disappointing.
