In terms of the services, I would expect if they charge such high prices plus 10% service charge the services would be better. I ordered a curry vegetables, which basically are lots of sauce with mixed vegetables and "tofu pop". I made a complaint to the Manager, but he insisted that this is what supposed to be and just walked away. However, I did had it before in their branch in CWB which is different. I really hope that a chain like that big, at least can have some standardization on their food.
