To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 響apm云云食肆中,哩間係好受歡迎之一,我和家人亦是常客,主要係水準穩定而且服務幾好,天氣好熱,今晚唔想媽媽煮飯,又黎開餐,無訂位,6點幾到,8點要交檯:雞絲凍檬-最愛凍檬的我,見到點會唔叫,薄荷葉少了些,檬汁都幾香, 算滿意雙拼菜式($92)-冬蔭什菜煲和香茅豬肉條糯米飯,前者好明顯係什菜最後才放落冬蔭湯滾兩滾,麻麻, 而香茅豬肉條,香茅味淡而已硬了少少海哲野菜沙律-沙律汁有花生香,配菜絲和海哲食,夏日炎炎食,好清新爽口燒魷魚-份量算多,而且唔會好硬,越食越想食馬拉盞通菜-菜嫩而味香口,如果馬拉盞落多少少重好蟹肉炒粉絲-媽媽最喜歡食炒粉絲,差不多每次必叫,哩度d粉絲唔會炒到一pat pat,幾彈牙,係蟹肉少d
