To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 次次去apm睇戲,御泰坊都係我嘅首選,我鐘意佢味道、地方、價錢都唔錯!今次叫了"軟殼蟹蘋果沙律"$78,生果味道清新加上香口炸軟殻蟹係一個非常好的開始!"椰汁椰青雞湯"$58,濃郁嘅椰汁味,多上一點點的辣味非常醒謂,而湯料嘅雞肉、草姑、蕃茄亦十足!"香茅燒鱔"$96,每次我都會叫,好鐘意佢份量夠和非常香味惹味!"蟹肉炒粉絲"$72,依個第一次點,炒粉絲份量十足,粉絲嘅口感同味道亦做得好好,最重要係每條粉絲都入曬味!甜品我點了"貼心baby"$52,其實係芒果糯米飯,賣相精美,芒果完全唔甜,仲酸添,不過糯米飯椰汁咪好夠,應該係煮糯米飯時已經加了椰汁先可以做出依個效果,如果佢換返真正泰國芒果就更完美了!
