We were desperate and ended up making the poor breakfast choice of entering Super Super over the other (limited) options in Tung Chung.

We both opted to get the honey chicken, scrambled eggs and toast set with milk tea.

When we took our trays of sad looking food to the table, we started to dissect the meal.  The tea was fine - rather difficult to mess up a cup of tea (although it has been done before).  The rest of it was an abomination.

The toast was that very cheap white bread stuff - OK, I expected that, but it doesn't make it any more pleasant, especially when it is pretty dried out, rather than maintaining any springiness.  The eggs were under and a bit sloppy.  They didn't really have any flavour, but they had an unpleasant texture that could best be described as slimey.

The most unforgivable part was the poor chicken.  I felt bad for it, since a creature had given its life to be ruined by inept cooking.  One of them was raw in the middle, so that went back and was replaced with a cooked one, but with a very jelly-like texture.  I don't know quite how this was achieved.  Both of our pieces of chicken were (now) cooked through, but had the consistency of raw chicken.  I forced mine down (if an animal has died, I feel it must not be wasted), but my wife could not eat hers.

There are better options (although limited) in Tung Chung and I will never eat here or at any of the other branches of this pplace again.  Awful.
