Appalling service !!

My wife and I decided to go there for lunch. We got there and placed our order at 1.30pm. The restaurant wasn’t very busy that afternoon. Normally the food are served relatively quick, with at least the Banchan would be served within 10mins. We waited for 20minutes and nothing but just a bottle of mineral water was served. My wife and I decided to go there for lunch. We got there and placed our order at 1.30pm. The restaurant wasn’t very busy that afternoon. Normally the food are served relatively quick, with at least the Banchan would be served within 10mins. We waited for 20minutes and nothing but just a bottle of mineral water was served. We followed up with one of the waiter and after another 15/20minutes still nothing. By that time it was past 2pm, we asked another waitress about our orders and it was only than they realised they forgot our order. By that time I am already fed up by their customer service or the lack of it. Awful experience. I basically told them to forget it and I will never patron them again!

Very disappointing! I would think it is very obvious if your customers table have been empty for over 30mins. Obviously they don’t care!
