Much better than the previous apple tart they sold,the apple crumble was full of flavour and I had mine with lots of cream.The only thing was, that i thought there should be more apple in proportion to sultanas. As I could taste a bit too much of sultanas, and the colour was dark brown instead of the light green cooked apple colour.
