The proportion of sponge cake is somehow unreasonably uneven (to me). Personally prefer having more of that gluteny cake form, instead of the overwhelming amount of matcha puddingy substance. The panna cotta is way too filling and I don’t mind leaving it all to my fds XD
Overall speaking I am really enjoying their fresh cream! Would be more than willing to give their other menu items a try, just not this matcha cake again
