Attic handmade pasta,鍾意食手工意粉嘅應該都會聽過呢間嘢,而位於浸大校園入面嘅bistro NTT by attic就係姊妹店,浸會校園入邊嘅學生一定唔意意外,咁高質嘅飯堂一定日日去食,今日巧合地去到九龍塘又見到呢一間姊妹店就入去試吓兩間人入到去見到個環境都好靚,我哋就揀咗一個意粉,一個威靈頓牛柳,仲加咗湯同埋沙律沙律係凱撒沙律,,佢嘅沙律同出面嘅唔同出面嘅係用普通嘅煙肉碎,呢度就係用Parma Ham ,再加上嗰個凱撒醬係佢哋自己調嘅,食落去個味道比出面更濃,加上Parma Ham嗰個香味令到成個嘅凱撒沙律都更上一層樓之後甘筍南瓜湯,佢哋標榜係自己打嘅,好濃烈好杰身好好飲接下來嘅重頭戲威靈頓牛柳,威靈頓牛柳有煮過飯嘅人都知道好繁複,你先將牛扒去煎,再加上蘑菇醬再加上酥皮拎去焗,切開每一塊嘅牛扒都差唔多係五成熟左右,個酥皮好脆,再加上蘑菇醬加上佢哋秘製嘅醬汁每一啖都要食到唔同嘅層次唔同嘅口感唔同嘅味道仲嗌咗個蜆肉意粉,佢手工意粉同真係出面普通意粉唔同,口感較為煙靭,同埋佢係比較扁身,成個口感都唔同雖然呢度可能係偏僻咗少少,但係為咗覓食為咗個環境覺得呢間都值得再嚟嘅
