I've visited the place numerous times for their pizza. The only aspect I dislike: awful service attitude.
To be fair, I'd like to point out that this is pre-mid-July, 2011, so there's a good chance that they may have improved their 'attitude'. None the less, you can't help thinking that there are other places that serve pizza...
When you interact with the waitresses, they use this impatient tone that just isn't suited for 'serving customers'.
One example was when I ordered for delivery. On their flyer, they have two locations and phone numbers. Call the closest branch of course! This lady picks up and tells me that I have to call the other branch. I read out the number just to confirm that it was correct. She replied in Cantonese, "Yes, that's smart of you!"
I'm not gonna say much, but that's what I get when I go to wet market food stalls (大排檔).
So the restaurant doesn't charge a 10% service charge. But I tip heavily when it's due. In this case, $0.
