Echos with the other low-rating reviews, the staffs here do have some attitude problems. We have been standing in the ordering line for 10 minutes with other customers and no staff was there to take the order. Some people went to them and ask for help but nothing happened. Once we were able to order, the staff immediately stated that all orders, regardless of drinks or food, will take 30 minutes to prepare, in a very unwelcome manner. It is worth to note that the restaurant is only 1/3 full and they are not able to keep up with the orders already. It does appears that they do have sufficient manpower tho. God knows what would happen if they are full. Sure this is a very relaxing cafe as reflect by the staffs' attitude too.
In regards to the others comment about "fast-food quality", we do think that the food quality here is BETTER than that. It's cafe's standard. The eel bowl is a bit over-rated - the eggs are well-done. Disputed that, the rice is actually quite nice. Very chewy.
Overall it's a little bit overpriced, yet, acceptable.
