After visiting Da Nang, I have been missing the Banh Mi there. Although Vietnamese
cuisine is very common in Hong Kong, most restaurants of this kind only serve
Pho but I rarely see Banh Mi. 

My friend brought me to this small shop for lunch. The small shop is well decorated with

Banh Mi is a Vietnamese style Baguette. The menu provides Banh Mi with different fillings
for you to choose. My favourite is the V&D Classics. 

The Banh Mi here is freshly toasted and is very juicy with pork belly inside. Besides, you
can choose what herbs and other seasoning ingredients to be put into to serve
your flavor – after all, not every locals can stand the strong herbs.
