I was quite worried as Open Rice and Japanese reviews for this place weren't great. We walked in at 11 am, and the staff on the G floor were very helpful. They told us, 'We're fully booked on this floor, but there might be seats on the 1st floor,' so we climbed the stairs. Although each dim sum dish had a somewhat traditional, old-fashioned flavor, it was authentic without the unpleasant taste of artificial seasonings.
I went with a friend from Japan, and we had a great experience.
