$150-$230 for a don. Prices are 3 times higher compared to eating similar quality in Japan. Having said that, this is one of the best I have eaten outside Japan.Wanted to give 5-stars but deducted 1 for service reasons. There shall be around 4-5 floor staffs, all but one exhibits high service standards with flair. There shall be around 4-5 floor staffs, all but one exhibits high service standards with flair. Except a young lady in her early 20s. She has poor service skills. I have brought to tea cups to the right corner of my table and asked for tea refill. She came and only refill one and walked away. And I asked her back to refill the 2nd cup just to the right. While refilling the 2nd cup, she was wearing a bracelet on her left hand which dipped into my 1st cup. I asked her to change my cup of tea. She came back with a new cup of tea. During the short process of refilling those cups, she handled the cups in a unhygienic manner. The way she holds the cup is by using her fingers and palm to grab the upper part of the tea cup, where we typically place our lips to drink. I am sure I have not seen this in any japanese restaurant.
The point is, you serve good quality food, nice environment and good Japanese standard service with the exception of 1 staff. I hope the management can provide training to the staffs. The other 2 ladies who served maybe table (late 30s early 40s) were exhibiting high level of service to be commended! Thank you.
Total: HK$576. And I was seated at table 10.
