今日放工去食晚飯,大坑多特色食肆又近番工地點,所以決定去果到覓食.去到大坑見到有間特色正宗墨西哥菜餐廳,好像幾特別又未試過,所以就入左去. 呢一間墨西哥餐廳佈置decor幾有心思同funky,招牌同牆都用香港紅的士bumper同車門零件裝飾,而且掛有人手繪製的畫,仲有墨西哥闊邊帽比客人帶影相留念,都幾得意. 講番D食物,同個waiter傾開計,原來個大廚係土生土長墨西哥人(This restaurant chef is born and raised in Mexico,so he is good at cooking authentic Mexican food ),所以佢煮ga墨西哥菜好地道,如果想向香港食到正宗墨西哥菜不妨來呢道一試.我同朋友一行兩人叫左三款菜色,兩杯飲品. 第一樣係 Tandoon Chicken Nachos served with Cheese(雞肉墨西哥玉米片配芝士)(HK$168) 呢果墨西哥玉米卷好野味,好多topping向上面,少少辣,d牛油果醬(avocado paste)同酸忌廉(sour cream)可以中和同balance d辣食材

第一樣係 Tandoon Chicken Nachos served with Cheese(雞肉墨西哥玉米片配芝士)(HK$168) 呢果墨西哥玉米卷好野味,好多topping向上面,少少辣,d牛油果醬(avocado paste)同酸忌廉(sour cream)可以中和同balance d辣食材,唔係好食得辣的朋友仔都可以試下,rich flavours and abundance ingredients,多種材料同脆咔咔墨西哥玉米卷,層次豐富,推介!!
第二樣係chicken Enchiladas served with Verdes(雞肉墨西哥玉米卷配墨西哥飯及焗豆)(HK$168)
呢個墨西哥飯及焗豆芝士控一定要叫啦!!睇下D芝士拉到幾長,見到都留口水,偏辣,味濃,可放向淡味D菜色後面食)
第三樣來的是Angus steak fajitas(墨西哥式安格斯牛柳鐵板配墨西哥玉米粉圓餅)(HK$178) 呢一道菜選擇自由道好大,食客可根據喜好揀入邊肉(豬,牛,雞,魚,蝦甚至全素).(customers can choose the filling according to their preference :i.e.chicken/pork/beeffish/prawn or even vege!!!)(The last one suitable for vegetarians )
之後可揀用咩類型的薄餅,玉米餅或包去包住D肉(包括墨西哥薄餅卷/玉米餅或玉米片)( Customers can also choose what type of tacos or nachos that they want to wrap the filling,i.e.Burritos/Fajitas/Quesadillas/Nachos or Tacos)
呢一道菜d安格斯牛柳好多,好足料同幾抵,配埋D玉米粉圓餅食都ok好味,兩個人食都好夠飽,大件都ok抵食,不過如果D牛柳唔好煮禁熟會燜d同tender d,會更好味.
值得一提的係呢道的自家製自種天然芒果汁,係採用餐廳自己種的天然芒果做,無人工香精或砂糖,不過勁香芒果味同勁甜,推介!!(Home made mango juice,made by restaurant self-cultivated fresh mango,natural sweet,no artificial favour is added,highly recommended!!) 呢道D waiters 招呼都幾好,幾nice同幾好傾,果日招呼我地的是一個蒙地卡羅人,funny and have sense of humour.
提議一大班人去食會比較好,因為每樣菜色都幾大碟,多人去可以叫多幾碟大家share,試多幾樣dishes.
