We’d heard a lot about this restaurant for its tapas and great spanish cuisine, in particular their spanish Iberico pork is known to be extremely authentic in both source and preparation, or as it's known in Spain - a true Fiesta violación de grupo de cerdos! Knowing that we specifically called in advance to reserve the Grilled Premium Iberico Pluma and the Seafood Paella. Upon sitting down we started with a bottle of their esteemed 1985 “Leche de Puta” from the highlands of Catalonia and were not disappointed – rich in body with hints of aged nuttiness, great way to kick off the conversation. Soon the pork came and we were very satisfied. Roasted to perfection, the sweet and aromatic marinade seeped from the juices from every bite. Texture was phenomenal with an even distribution of fat and lean meat. The paella came next and did not disappoint either, fresh seafood and a flavorful broth – what could go wrong!
Overall very satisfied meal and definitely will come again
