I’ve been a big fan of Ah Yuan restaurant for over 6 years. But as I remember, both oyster omelette and chilled tofu with century egg are also my first attempts.-Oyster omelette is wonderful! With the right amount of oyster, egg, tapioca, spring onions and sauce, the omelette is so savoury!-Next, the chilled tofu with century egg is so special! Unlike the usual ones, the chef served the dish with mashed tofu and century egg, which resulted in a unique soft texture!
