@miluthaitst is a spacious upstairs restaurant perfect for hangouts, so it was no surprise that the place was fully packed on a weekday night. We were seated indoors near the ocean murals crafted by a talented Thai artist, but missed out on their outdoor instaworthy areaWhen it comes to the food, it's all about authenticity here. Prepared by an experienced Thai chef team, our dishes came out super fast and were oh-so-generous in size! 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗥𝗶𝗯𝘀 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟮𝟮𝟴This signature Bangkok night market dish

This signature Bangkok night market dish was ordered by probably every table! It was our first time trying these ribs since no other restaurant in Hong Kong seems to serve them. When drizzling the sauce from atop, it’s like watching ‘fiery lava’ flow down the pile of ribs. They’ll give you gloves to dig in and pull apart the meat.
The portion size was truly impressive, so best to share among a few friends. You can pick between sweet and sour or spicy sauce; we went for the spicy one, and it packed quite a punch. The meat was super tender but a little bland on its own, so the sauce is super important.

Another local Thai street food gem. The hollowed-out pineapple was stuffed with a mountain of fried rice packed with shrimp, scallops and squid, all topped with crunchy cashews and savory pork floss. Loved how the pineapple slices added a sweet juiciness to the fragrant rice. 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗳𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗻 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟵𝟴
This refreshing salad features fresh prawns and nutty cashews drizzled in a zesty citrus sauce. Didn’t expect a whole bowl of vibrant grapefruit as the base though, but healthy nonetheless 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗯𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟵𝟴
For veggies, you’ve got options from cabbage, water spinach, Chinese broccoli, or mixed vegetables; and 4 flavors to choose from: garlic, belacan (shrimp paste), Thai style, or classic stir-fried. We went for the garlic option that had more flavor than imagined 𝘿𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙠𝙨
The 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘁 (𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟱𝟮) is a must-order when having Thai food. This big baby was served cold and overflowing with refreshing coconut water. After sipping it all up, we used the spoon to scoop out that tasty coconut meat. And of course, the 𝗜𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗮 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗲 (𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟯𝟰) is a classic choice that can never go wrong.
