Having passed by this place for so many times, finally we have found a chance to stop by and enjoy a cup of coffee because we found that dine-in is actually available! After adding some coffee power into the special container, some hot water is also added. The cup is then placed on the sand which is actually heated with electricity. Within a few minutes, the coffee is boiled up, then it will be poured into a paper cup. The most traditional way to prepare Turkish coffee is to double-boiled or the triple-boiled it. So the owner has placed the cup back in the sand afterward to wait for the 2nd boil, then the 3rd boil.

We have tried the original black one without sugar, and a vanilla flavoured one with a little dash of milk. Both of then tasted great but the vanilla one is a slightly milder version of it is slightly sweeter.

Some  Turkish delight is also provided for you to go with your coffee, we were also recommended to drink  some water after the sip to freshen up your palette before you take the next sip.
p.s. we were told that these Turkish delight can no longer be found because the factory is now closed down during the unstable political status in Turkey.

We particularly liked to the have the rose flavoured Turkish delight with the coffee because the sweetness and the bitterness just perfectly balanced with each other.

You can tell that the coffee is really  rich and strong seeing the really  thick residue at  the bottom of the cup. Thanks for the strong coffee that kept  me awake until 5am that night! LOL
