I ordered their spicy shredded pork over braised bamboo noodle.

The bamboo noodle was tender and cooked perfectly. You could tell its quality just by its look. Spicy shredded pork was more on a sweet side, not too spicy. Pork was tender and juicy. Coated so well with the sauce. Chives in soup was still crunchy. Soup was authentic that was cooked by flatfish. Light soup with literally no oil floating around.

I was planning to try their bakeries but all sold out. Will for sure visit again just for their bakery or take away. It maybe pricier than many cha chaan ting but quality and the techniques worth it. Not a place for starving humans but have a chill out when missing the authenticity.
