To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日到友人家打躉,友人得知我喜愛試精緻蛋糕,竟然仲有甜品招呼,仲要是 JW Marriott 的 Dolce 88! Thanks so much!秋風起三蛇肥,人家食蛇羮,我就食Autumn theme的甜品!左邊的是Hong Kong Opera, 右邊就是 Autumn Breeze。兩款是以朱古力及焦糖為主,以啡色配合秋天主題,都是有金鉑作點綴更添貴氣。先說Hong Kong Opera HK$48, 餅如其名,相信那波浪型的朱古力就好似香港的高樓大廈,先吃掉黑朱古力片,就見到一層層的,上面那橄欖型的東東是帶有很濃咖啡味,一層層的就分別食到焦糖及奶油味,還以為最底的是餅底,原來是酥皮,但亦因為酥皮很難"銳"開,吃時有點難度。至於味道有少少被上面的咖啡味東東搶味,隨之就是很重的奶油味,味道還可,但沒有什麼特色。然後就是Autumn Breeze HK$48, 那楓葉令外型更有秋意,拿走外圍的黑朱古力片後就揭開這"微風"的臉紗。外面有薄薄的焦糖,香而不甜,入面有朱古力脆脆餅底,內裡都有朱古力層,最特別是中間的梨,超欣賞,自Aqua食過用梨做的甜點後,一直都很回味,今次這款亦做得好好
