Being a super big fan of Hot Pot, I have come to Congeodle several times already because they serve "very, very, very" nice beef here. And, to celebrate Autumn is here, hot pot is the best choice. Congeodle is at Goldin Financial Global Centre, and parking with EV charger is available directly here, for people coming from the subway like me, I will need to take the complimentary shuttle bus services, and the service stops quite early. I arrived a bit earlier and enjoyed a coffee at the GF while waiting .
Love the spacious lobby here, reminds me of the financial district of San Francisco Downtown, especially the timber interior and booth-seating which reminds me of J-town!
The menu has plenty of meat, seafood, vegetables, and dumplings choices, and with occasional specials. We ordered a massive variety of food and requested a split pot of pepper and yuba soup bases.

As the soup flavour will become thicker, so I like a light and rich split pot combination. After we ordered, the staff handed us a wooden tray that contains a vast collection of ingredients for adding to the soy sauce.

fired fish-chip (recommend this, not only because it's freshly fried, but it is also like an appetiser dish)
abalone and kale dumplings (a lavish choice to spoil a hard work week)

牛白肉 =brisket? (=牛胸肉?) (surprisingly delicious, and the texture is very chewy)
mixed vegetable plate (given that I am a meat lover, but do order high-fibre vegetables to the hot pot to be healthier)

Remember to skim the foams upon the surface of the soup, to keep the soup clean (at here the staff will scoop for you)
The pudding tasted heavenly and satisfying so as my tummy. Loved a chilled night and lay-low with friends for socialising without alcohol in a decent place with high quality food.
Special Tip
We couldn't finished the beef and not to waste food, I took the left over home. Fried them with mix vege last night, and it was super tasty as a fried dish! So take away left over food, don't waste them.
