Many chefs have tried to be inventive with American food. Sadly, many have failed miserably because the best American dishes should be served plain and simple. I know because I am from San Francisco. There is no need to use Kobe Beef for a hamburger when it is best to use the right mixture of chuck and sirloin. With that said, I was introduced to Lazy Hog by my dearest friend and this place is simply amazing. They have successfully re-invented American casual favorites by using premium and fresh ingredients, and layer after layer of sophisticated flavor that have been carefully executed per excellence.
Unlike some restaurants, Lazy Hog is unpretentious with friendly and well trained staff. It is a fun place to hang out with friends.
Lazy Hog is a must try.
