A friend is visiting town who is staying at TST and asked for Cantonese. We had the sweet and sour pork, Roost Goose, Char Siu, Jellyfish, Vegetarian Spring Roll and Chinese Broccoli.

Food was consistent with other higher-end Maxim Cantonese restaurant. although I'd say the Jellyfish was rather tasteless and they put too many soy sauce over the goose (similar to how they do it in the mainland). Portion and tea were decent.

The highlight, or really disappointment, was the staff's attitude. They speak Cantonese with an accent and couldn't really speak English, major flaw considering you're dining at one of the big restaurant group at the largest mall in Asia. They also had attitude when I asked for my American Express discount.

Would not recommend to go to this branch of Maxim. I've had better experience elsewhere.
