St. Barts (Closed)

We had a Sunday’s family lunch here. Place is nice and the overall quality of food: we had decent steak, salad and pizzas but nothing outstanding. But to have those average dishes we had to wait around 40 min watching all the other guests been served before all. As the explanation, staff told us that it was the way it is and when we asked for a small gesture (like free coffee) to compensate that, manager said that it was not in their company policy. No customer focus at all. Too bad.
