So regret that I didn’t take a look at the OpenRice reviews before my visit. I shared the similar unpleasant experience as with others. Their comments are so true!!!The food is alright and up to standard, but unfortunately the service is not. The waitresses are arrogant and impolite. They had no idea what Darjeeling tea is, they cleared up my table (collected all of my tableware) before the main dish has been served~ The main dish took 45 minutes to arrive~ another waitress just walked away before I finished my talking!

I would have no complaint if I am visiting a chain restaurant but I couldn’t expect to have such experience in a so call fine dining restaurant at hotel. Could have much better choices with this price.

As a newly established hotel, the management should really consider re-training the restaurant staff or customers will never come back again. Fluent English speaking waitresses mean nothing in a dining experience. Good luck.
