To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Terrible service. Terrible food. We ordered three dishes. Eggs in Eggs Benedict were over-cooked. Had to be sent back. Nacho tasted like cardboard box with a few drizzles of tasteless sour cream and sad chopped onions. A bag of Doritos is fitter to be called Nachos. The third dish was Avocado toast. Hard to find Avocado pieces in it but chunks and chunks of onions. No wonder this place is empty at Sunday brunch time. It’s sad to see Classified becoming this horror story. Btw, they ran

Terrible service. Terrible food.

No wonder this place is empty at Sunday brunch time. It’s sad to see Classified becoming this horror story. Btw, they ran out of Camembert. No explanation as to why and how soon they may get some. Again. Terrible service. Terrible food. Just avoid like Black Plague.
