ok, firstly the service is totally, TOTALLY awesome! The boss and waitors were really nice and it is obvious that they're genuine. The food was quite nice, really strong taste. The only not so good thing is that the food are a little too oily for me but that is just my own opinion. Some of the food seems quite authentic and tastes quite nice. However, there are some which aren't strictly Xinjiang's food. Localised, thats it. But this act of localised food is totally understandable as business &

However, there are some which aren't strictly Xinjiang's food. Localised, thats it. But this act of localised food is totally understandable as business & customers always comes first. The whole ambiance of the restaurant is terrific. Very classy and attractive. Very clear that they've put in a lot of efforts in decorating and producing a cultural/ folks style. This I really respect of them as a lot of restaurants in HK ddoes not bother to put in the effort to decorate and individualise their restaurants.
