Hidden in an unassuming alley in Central, this restaurant is an oasis of good food, quiet ambience and great escape from the noontime bustle all around during weekday lunch time.  My companion and I had roast beef with garlic bagel and smoked salmon with plain bagel, and the ingrediences were so fresh and tasty (the spinach leaves particularly), I fairly inhaled mine within five minutes of receiving it.
We also had latte and lemon ginger tea, the latter of which came in a pot.  The tea was just regular tea bag in a pot, but the latte had a somewhat earthy, nutty flavor which I simply loved.
Not sure this is a good sign, but this place was pretty quiet even though the vietnamese restaurant next door had ten people waiting outside its door. I hope this place stays open for years and years--quiet, quality lunch options that don't cost an arm and a leg are hard to find in Central!
