朋友帶我去深水涉食西餐,話有間新開餐廳唔錯,仲要免加一,再九折,非常吸引。西餐廳黎講燈光算幾光猛,配簡約舒適的裝修風格,感覺不錯。Menu食物一致齊全,有多種選擇,appetizer、soup、main course、pizza、pasta、dessert,適合情侶或一班人gathering。送上前菜,係salsa sauce 配薄脆,新鮮蕃茄粒粒加醋汁和香料,味道酸味味,令人很開胃,而薄脆用pizza dough 做,同salsa sauce很match。香燒南瓜蟹肉湯($68)面上的泡泡很有趣,係忌廉泡沫分子料理,湯很清甜,少左平時食開個種creamy,feel到係新鮮湯,口感幾清新。蝦肉蟹肉沙律配芝麻醬汁($98)有好多蝦肉蟹肉,相當足料,配不同沙律菜,新鮮爽脆,加花生黑芝麻醬,好美味喔!炸粗直薯條配香辣醬及黑松露醬($68)薯條十分香脆,口感同坊間不一樣,超脆。松露醬和辣醬係自家製的,松露醬好香,辣醬唔太辣,加左D檸汁,少少酸,好惹味。澳洲和牛護心肉配黑醋醬及巴馬臣芝士($148)嫩粉紅色的護心牛肉好嫩滑冇筋,仲好juicy,很有質素,面灑上巴馬臣芝士,配意大利黑醋和mixed
