I was so impressed with the customer services which Subway provided me. Following the disappointing experience with the Grab n Go Trial, I left some valuable comments on their website, and later on I received a call from them asking me to share further comments and give possible suggestions.
As you may see in the photo below, I had a lovely lunch today which only costed me 25 dollars.
Spicy Italian with Wheat Bread: The spicy ham was so appetising, together with the perfectly toasted bread and fresh salad, made the sandwich absolutely delicious. The amount of salad in the sandwich has always been the main reason why I prefer Subway to 2 other sandwich shops in HK too.Now... you might ask me why there's a cookie included in this 25-dollar meal... In fact, it wasn't included in the meal but it was "free" as I completed an online survey via the link on the receipt from my previous purchase. So, if you want a "free" cookie, keep the receipt, do the survey, and enjoy it next time.
Which is my favourite cookie? From my experience, I most prefer the oatmeal raisin one as I am always a fan of raisin, and secondly I like high fibre foods, and hence the oatmeal cookie seems to be the best option out of the 5.
