Since I am back to town, I have been tasting lots of the authentic HK food. Red Tea provides the far best. The lamb hot pot with good, soft meat and delicious soup basis. The salty prawns with garlic are absolute highlight. The traditional grilled pork, chicken and duck are excellently done. We are very friendly served. Very highly recommended for all looking for true HK food, besides tourist location!
