Definitely not one of your strict traditional Japanese places, but that’s what I love about this place. I can satisfy my Damdam noodle and xiao-long dumpling cravings while delighting on some mouth-watering sushi platters. Speaking of which, I have to recommend the best value for money sushi dish I’ve tried in HK – the Kikusan Roll. This bad boy is a finger-licking dish consisting of minced tuna, topped with generous portions of uni, then lathered with an abundance of salmon roe and finally topped off with spring onions and sesame. The best part? – its only $68!
