今晚同媽慶祝生日,上openrice搵SOHO一帶新開既餐廳,見到呢間Italian Club 環境好似夠高級,就book左7:30pm去食。一去到係樓下有個哥哥會帶你上去,當晚應該有event,好多人企曬係到飲酒傾計食小食,氣氛好好!佢帶左我地去另一邊area坐低,雖然係新開,但都好多人。Waitress送上menu時連同2個杯一齊送上,為我地jum welcome drinks,睇到支wine係White Sparkling, Valdobbiadene. 淡淡地小酸,夠凍我地點左2個appetizer,2個pasta,Hot Stone Black Angus Steak 西冷,同埋Tiramisu。Bruschetta香脆多士面上鋪上沾滿olive oil既切粒蕃茄,一脆一林既口感衝擊,正!Grilled Tomino Cheese外表好唔似芝士,一切開係實實地,香味飄出來,燒過既芝士表有淡淡既炭燒味,第一次咁樣食芝士,好impressive!Spaghetti Pesto非常有水準,好鐘意佢個香蒜醬同oliveoil混合左既味道。配上Gavi di Gavi白酒,一大享受!S

呢個傳統野同預期既味道差唔多,但比起普通西餐廳既肉醬酸,冇咁咸,夠正宗。

已經切開左既西冷,我地叫左medium well,但係見到內面仲係紅色
因為佢用好熱既hot stone plate上,佢唔可以整到太熟,一夾起牛扒反轉,見到另一面係熟曬
即刻試左一塊without any sauce,已經有鹽味,好正
4個home made sauce分別係: Chili, 白松露、Balsamic Vinegar 同埋Garlic Lemon Juice
個人最推介既係白松露,勁香,另外Lemon Juice都提升到牛扒既味
繼續飲Red wine,真係好滿足!
呢個hot stone steak真係值呢個價錢
最後仲食埋Tiramisu,仲有埋Massimo Rivetti白酒,為呢個生日晚飯畫上完美句號!
