The Parade hosts an array of cuisine choices. Semi-service but with 100% attentiveness. Offerings include open-flame grill for steaks, seafood, homemade pasta, and familiar Asian cuisines which use finer ingredients.

I ordered a simple tagliatelle with meat sauce and it was just “perfect”! Rich and al dente. No need to say more. My family had grilled lobster, Malaysian rendang beef, Shangainese cold side dishes, and Japanese eel rice. All had excellent feedback.
