My third time to Stellar House and first time to post. Will be there again in Aug for a birthday gathering. I think they have private rooms and min charge is $6,000. Thy don’t have a menu but they can share samples of dinner courses pre ordered by other patrons.Ambience is quite contemporary modern but service level is not match to its food. The pigeon is absolutely the best. It is of the right size, it is juicy, tender and seasoned just right.
I also like their sweet and sour pork. The batter is very light and a bit crispy.
The abalone with duck feet and pomelo skin is equally outstanding. The pan fried stuffed fish stuffed with minced fish paste is also quite authentic.
I prefer the pan fried shrimp w soy sauce from last time over the crystal shrimp.
