Tapeo Bar De Tapas y Vino (Closed)

It's not my first time here but the churros that I had recently were just downright awful. They were overly fried to the point it was hard like a cracker while too much sugar was dusted on the outside. The churros left this oily aftertaste in my mouth that was hard to wash off afterwards and didn't digest well in my stomach. Night and day compared to the ones at Limewood which has so far the best churros I've had in Hong Kong.
