由尖沙咀漢口道轉入宜昌街,一間木門裝飾的日本拉麵店,內裏別有洞天,牆上、橫樑上都有be@rbrick,B熊甚至會安坐椅子上做你的陪食專員,非常有趣。今天專程來打卡,打卡之外的食物質素當然也不能忽略。這間拉麵店來自東京渋谷,有日本師傅坐鎮,湯底用100斤豬骨每日熬製10個鐘,還不時推出期間限定款!🔶鯛魚白湯拉麵($138)是今期的限定款,有3片和歌山鯛魚片,魚片經火炙,肉質結實,香甜無剌。此外還有厚切成方粒的豚肉,肉質嫩滑,少許脂肪入口即溶,非常好食,另外溏心蛋、豆卜和紫菜都好食。湯底奶白色,是真正用時間熬煮的魚湯啊。🔶赤郎君~激辛拉麵 ($98)雖是激辛但不算太辣,有辣度但不刺激,反而帶出豚骨湯頭的濃郁。🔶紫芋薯餅 ($22)紫薯蓉內有—芋頭粒和栗子粒,香甜得來有口感和層次。🔶溫泉蛋冷豆腐 ($38)冷豆腐中鑲嵌一隻溫泉蛋,配上醬汁及木魚絲,又滑溜又清新。靜岡蜜瓜梳打 ($26)蜜瓜味濃,比較甜Sapporo啤酒($28)
