To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 男同事RL上星期相約女同事ES同我噚日(12-11-2024 Tue)食晏,都係飲茶啦,我哋去到都唔使等位,都係掃QR code落單,要咗:1. 芝味千絲春卷顧名思義係芝士餡,呢個外面嘅“千絲”有少少硬,餡料係芝士,鹹鹹地又幾好味。4分2. 叉燒腸餡料足,OK嘅。3分3. 綠茶杏仁千層糕前晚睇完破地獄,見許冠文食馬拉糕就想食,點知呢喥冇,就試呢個新嘢,呢個趁熱食好鬆軟,有蛋黃味又唔會太甜,綠茶味唔太出。4分4. 潮州粉粿平淡,唔夠五香味,又係冇沙葛。3分5. 菜苗餃充滿翠綠嘅菜苗,口感同味道都正常。5分6. 鳳冠餃有啲蟹籽喺上面,內裡有爽口蝦仁。5分7. 排骨口感正常,充滿蒜味又唔太鹹,好味。5分8.
