朕今日又出左銅鑼灣尋食,好似好耐未食過意菜,於是朕就吩咐貼身隨從Check下有邊間意菜好食,隨從就提意左呢間Babbo Trattoria!朕先點左酥炸海鮮拼盤,有新鮮大蝦,魷魚同埋青口,炸物香口,再加少少青檸汁,增添清新香味。再黎個西西里蕃茄海鮮湯,湯料充足,有魷魚大蝦同埋蜆肉,湯有淡淡既蕃茄味,濃濃既海鮮味,份量十足!主菜朕就點左USDA美國頂極窯烤牛小排,Babbo用上窯烤牛排,窯烤爐加熱後温度可以高達400度以上,能急速封住牛排外表,令到牛排外表酥香,一切開則像果凍般嫩紅,咬落鮮嫩多汁,再配搭蔬菜,馬玲薯同埋磨菇,份量十足又好味!朕既貼身隨從就點左個《特製烏魚子鮮蝦蕃茄吸管意粉》,有鮮蝦又有大量既烏魚子,另外比較特別既係平時食意粉朕係一口啜入去,但係吸管意粉因為中間中空,如果你用氣大力吸,你只係會吸到空氣,意粉原封不動,小心,小心!另外而家到Babbo打咭同埋讚好專頁,Babbo會每兩人送半隻《爆芝龍蝦》,正所謂有肉唔食,罪大惡極,朕梗係唔客氣啦,龍蝦肉非常彈牙,鮮味香濃,加埋個爆芝汁同埋龍蝦膏,鮮味澎湃。最後朕點左杯新鮮奇異果汁,清新潤喉,為呢一餐豐富既意菜畫上完美既句號。。
