第一次寫食評,因為太好食,一定要寫低~ 雖然已經係第2年食,但一個月前已經book左台,怕無位~同經理Andy講左要食d咩,所有都係babe最鐘意食的,Menu如下:<Seared French Duck Foie Gras with Green Salad Leaves>我地2個都很欣賞這個鴨肝頭盤,真係無食過咁好味咁香既鴨肝,又香又脆,d葉都好好味,又開胃!第二年食了,仍然食過返尋味~ <Oven-Baked Fresh Crab Cake with Tomato Sauce>第一次食呢個,店員很細心提醒我們碟子很熱,要小心~蟹肉是他們親手拆,好鮮甜,配合蕃茄及芝士,焗出來味道一流!! <Wild Mushroom Consomme>一上碟已經聞到很香菇味,喝一口,咸咸的,清清地,OK~<Pasta with U.S Short Rib>個汁好好味~ 牛肉易咬味道幾好~<Sorbet>Sorbet成功去掉口中肥膩。酸酸的奇異果,成個人醒哂! <Roasted Australian Rack of

<Seared French Duck Foie Gras with Green Salad Leaves>

我地2個都很欣賞這個鴨肝頭盤,真係無食過咁好味咁香既鴨肝,又香又脆,d葉都好好味,又開胃!第二年食了,仍然食過返尋味~


<Oven-Baked Fresh Crab Cake with Tomato Sauce>

第一次食呢個,店員很細心提醒我們碟子很熱,要小心~
蟹肉是他們親手拆,好鮮甜,配合蕃茄及芝士,焗出來味道一流!!


<Wild Mushroom Consomme>

一上碟已經聞到很香菇味,喝一口,咸咸的,清清地,OK~

<Pasta with U.S Short Rib>

個汁好好味~ 牛肉易咬味道幾好~

<Sorbet>

Sorbet成功去掉口中肥膩。酸酸的奇異果,成個人醒哂!


<Roasted Australian Rack of Lamb> &
<Pan-Fried Alskan Turbot Fillet>

這兩個主菜實在很好味,先說羊,沒有穌味,怕吃羊的人也可一試!
而魚,也很好吃! 皮煎得很脆,魚肉很滑,個汁亦令人流晒口水,可惜我已經有點飽!

warm Chocolate Pudding

心太軟係Babe既最愛,本來Andy話今日整左但個樣唔靚,唔想拎出黎俾我地,可見真係一間講求質素既餐廳,值得一讚! 但最終見我地咁想食,專登入去廚房同大廚Ricky商量,希望再做2個,盡量滿足客人既要求! 結果得償所願,Babe食到心太軟,有一個好完美既生日!

我應承Babe每年5月1日都會返黎呢度食生日飯~
