開始放暑假,今天和朋友到中環蘭桂坊的這家BACI Trattoria · Bar吃半自助早午餐。餐廳環境裝飾摩登,座位舒適有空間感,燈光音樂有情調,星期六的Brunch接近全場滿位,記得要提早訂位。餐廳週末提供半自助式的Brunch,成人收費$488,在Openrice訂座有折頭,包括多款意式前菜、沙律、芝士Cold Cut、龍蝦海鮮、以及即叫即製的招牌Pizza。自助吧有提供種凍海鮮,凍海鮮有開邊波士頓龍蝦、凍蝦、翡翠螺及青口,四樣海鮮以這個價錢來說絕對抵食,尤其是開邊波士頓龍蝦源源不絕補給,肉質爽彈更有飽滿的蝦膏,單吃龍蝦已經夠回本,而凍蝦、翡翠螺及青口水準亦比不少酒店自助餐高,配以多種不同的醬汁,十分開胃。其次是有多款意式Antipasti的選擇,款式接近二十種,更有不同的高質食材,如大蝦、鮮魷、煙三文魚等,每款Antipasti亦有用心調味配搭不同的醬汁配料,已經可以說是Al la carte的質素。另一回本位是各式芝士及Cold Cut,因為是餐廳本身是意式餐廳,所以芝士及Cold Cut款式比一般自助餐多及高質,正好一邊配酒,一邊品嚐。Brunch中可以任點餐廳招牌菜Piz

Brunch中可以任點餐廳招牌菜Pizza,有五款不同的口味,今次試了最傳統的Margherita及4 Formaggi,餐廳以傳統明火烤窯製作Pizza,一上枱看到是正宗拿坡里薄餅風格賣相,批底呈豹紋烤印,厚薄適中,外層香脆同時內裡鬆軟,口感及味道都十分對辦,水準之作。

最後到甜品環節,有多款原個蛋糕、意式Tiramisu、焦糖燉蛋及雪糕,其中意式Tiramisu以大量可可粉增添些微苦味,而襯托出濃醇的奶香,底層的手指餅乾帶有淡淡酒香氣,令人回味無窮。
