Omni Palace specializes in Lanzhou Noodles which are hand pulled by the Noodle master and there are various types ranging from thin to thick.Previous had The Beef Noodles and noodles in soy bean paste.The beef noodle broth had so many spices like cumin, coriander and chili that give you that authentic twist.Last time I had thick noodles, so this time requested for the thin noodles which were firm , yet silky with a chew.Overall, top noodles served by snappy staff.
