Bad attitude , no manner of that one staff

I asked the lady at the counter to order directly, she was the most mature looking lady who pulls her face all day- ‘ what do you want?’ No greeting or manner at all, I asked for an earl grey tea but wants milk with it. She blamed me for saying ‘ you were pointing for an earl grey tea section but not fresh milk tea section!’ I said ‘ok, can I have a fresh milk earl grey tea, m size no sugar please’? I said ‘ok, can I have a fresh milk earl grey tea, m size no sugar please’? Then she kept quiet and asked for $28 for it.

I have no idea such a brand of tea shop would recruit such horrible staff without any manners while charging you $28 for a basic fresh milk tea comparing to another xx H’ brand of tea shop which costs much cheaper but with better service and attitude of frontline staff. Definitely a no no and no more next time.
